Eun ceramics offer free standard delivery for all domestic orders within Australia. Local orders within 10km radius of Melbourne CBD can be hand delivered in 1 - 2 business days.
We're committed to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible hence all of our handmade ceramics are packaged using eco-friendly materials.
International shipping cost is calculated according to the order weight and destination country.
Most of our ready to ship pottery items are shipped within three business days. If there are any potential delays we will notify you as soon as possible and work through a way of rectifying this in a timely manner.
Our made to order item's turn around time is approximately 4 - 5 weeks, custom ceramics may take up to 7 - 8 weeks depending on the design and volume. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we're experiencing high volume of orders and require longer waiting period.
International orders may be charged customs and duties by the destination country, these charges are payable by the customer.
Due to the nature of handmade product, we're do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, please notify us within 3 days so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
